What is your return policy?
Titanium Online is certain that your purchase from us will surpass your expectations.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for either
a resizing, exchange or partial refund* within 30 days of purchase date.
All products being returned must have a return authorization number before being sent back in order to
avoid any delays. Please use our Canadian address for all returns. Customers will pay for return shipping
costs, except in the event that Titanium Online incurred the error and, therefore, return-shipping charges
will be reimbursed.
Customers can choose to insure their return package. We recommend that all returns be insured.
Titanium Online will not be responsible for any lost shipments. No written reference to jewelry should
be indicated on the package.
*A restocking fee of 35% (min. $35.00) of the purchase price will apply with all refunds, since our rings
are custom made. The shipping charges will not be refunded. The product must be unworn and in the original
packaging. Refunds will be issued after the merchandise is returned and inspected by Titanium Online.
Titanium Online will replace or repair any ring, which presents bending, dents or noticeable
deformation that might occur with normal wear.
How do I return an item I purchased?
Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-847-4647 for a Return For Inspection number (RFI#).
Our trained Customer Service Representatives will guide you through the process.
