Where is my order?

You now have access to the same order status information used by our Customer Service team. Order status details are based on your FedEx® tracking number. This is the most up-to-date information available.

Order processing
  • Most orders are processed within four to five business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Depending on the style you have chosen, the processing of the order may take more or less time. If you need your order by a certain date, please inform one of our representatives. We can usually accommodate rush orders, and 24 hour deliveries on many of our items.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • We accept orders that are billed to or shipped to destinations worldwide, or to destinations where FedEx delivers.
  • *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped

Order cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
