Q: Will you create a custom piece of jewelry for me?
A: Titanium Online is one of few websites that manufacture its own jewelry. You can design your own special jewel, and our personnel is available to help you with any questions you may have. Q: Where is the jewelry manufacture?
A: All our products are created and manufacture in North America using the finest quality products.
Q: I like a piece of your jewelry, but would you make a small change for me?

Q: Do you sell fancy colored diamonds?
A: Yes, we do sell fancy colored diamonds of high quality. Contact us for more information.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Titanium Online makes every effort to get your order to you as rapidly as possible. Each jewel that is ordered is custom made and generally takes between 2-10 working days for you to receive, depending on the style. Wedding bands and titanium rings are generally received within 2-5 days. Earrings and pendants take between 5-10 days to receive. We can usually accommodate rush orders. If you need your jewel by a certain date be sure to call us at 1 877 847 4647 and speak with one of our customer representatives.
Q: Could I buy from you if I live outside the United States? / Could you ship overseas?
A: Titanium Online will ship your package almost anywhere in the world through FedEx. Rates and times vary according to the country of destination, and you will be responsible for any customs or duties imposed.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?

Q: What if I need the ring resized?
A: Depending on the metal type of your ring, resizing may be an option. Due to its tensile strength, titanium and tungsten usually cannot be resized and it is therefore important to order the correct size. In some instances when the ring is slightly too small, we may be able to enlarge it slightly. This is done free of charge. If your ring is too big, we offer the option of making a new ring for you at a minimal cost depending on the style of the ring. Please call our customer service for more details.
Q: Will I be liable for my diamond or jewelry while it is being shipped?
A: We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders shipped by FedEx.
Q: Can you help me keep the engagement ring a surprise?
A: Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be happy to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. And please don't hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewelry consultants for any special requests.
Q: How do I know if you received my order?
A: After you click Purchase Order, you should receive an email confirmation number. If you do not get a confirmation number, you should see a message at the top of the order form indicating why the order could not be processed. Correct the problem and click Submit Order again to send the revised information. If you still have problems, please contact us directly so that we can help you complete the order.

Q: Will you deliver on Saturdays?
